I decided to do something totally new on this blog and shake things up a bit!
I have took the time to compile this series of completely free resources for all my imperfectly perfect mommies out there.
These resources are completely amazing and completely FREE!
We are entering the middle of December and that means the year is coming to an end. We are on the cusp of a new year and with it comes new ideas and possibilities.
One of the things that excites me the most about a new year is the ability to start over, and what better way to do start over than to do some decluttering and embrace a more minimalist lifestyle?
I scoured the internet and found the BEST resources for decluttering and minimalism. All you have to do is decide which ones you want to use this new year.
These resources are a part of a 12 day series of holiday freebies I compiled just for you! Use them to maintain your sanity this holiday season, and to set your resolutions for 2019- whatever they may be!

This course uses the ESCAPE method and delivers 6 simple lessons straight to your inbox for FREE! It takes you step by step through the entire process. It also features videos and worksheets to help you along the way. Although my favorite part is the Ezine, Clear Your Clutter, Find Your Happy. If you are ready to do some decluttering and simplify your life, this is a great place to start.
This is a quick start class that will teach you why mothers need minimalism more than anyone else. The class can be completed in 48 hours, but you can take longer if you like. You DO need to register for the site to get the course; however, it’s super simple to do and totally worth it!
This is a seven day FREE course that will take you through the steps to take on how to declutter when you are facing both internal and external resistance. I particularly like the section over how to deal with sentimental items. This is where I have the most trouble!
Find out if minimalism is for you in this FREE course. It has 13 information packed lessons designed to take you through everything you need to know about diving into minimalism and shifting your mindset.
This 5 day course promises to take you through all the steps needed to begin diving into minimalism in just 10-15 minutes a day (for 5 days). Minimalism can be much less complicated and intimidating than you think!
This is a 1 hour on demand video course that even offers a certificate of completion! It will teach you the core concepts of minimalism and how to simplify your life. If you have a desire to improve yourself, and learn to choose less- this class is for you.
This is an excellent detox challenge that takes you day by day through areas of your home. It also has a much needed mind over matter section that helps you to deal with the emotions that may come up while decluttering, and/or gives you an extra little push to want to declutter a certain area of your home.
This printable checklist is sweet, simple and directly to the point. If you don’t need any extra counseling, educating or motivation to complete a challenge- this one is perfect for you. It takes all the fluff out, and gets down to business. Print it out, tape it up, and get started.
Two awesome challenges right in one spot! These challenges are sure to kickstart your dreams of minimalism (or at least get you on the right track!). Bonus Rachel also has a minimalist YouTube channel you can follow!
This is a challenge I am sure we could ALL benefit from! Brain fog is something I know many of us mommies have in common! This is something we need to take control of, when our mind is cluttered we will have a hard time decluttering any other area of our lives. Not to mention when your focus is on 1000 different things, your focus isn’t really on anything. Take the time to complete this challenge, and calm your mind.
Last But Not Least…
This is the website that CHANGED MY LIFE. Like, literally. I still remember the day that I was sitting in my house surrounded by an overwhelming amount of filth and clutter. I was desperately searching on the internet for ANY type of hope that I could one day take control of it all. Fly lady’s baby steps are where I began, and I’ve never looked back. This was over 6 years ago, and I still use her techniques to this day. She is my idol.
Start with the baby steps and then do some searching around her site to get a feel for everything else. I promise. It’s worth it!
Which of these courses or challenges will you be choosing to complete in 2019? Any you would like to add? Comment Below!
